Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or hire Marzley Tech Solutions (“we”, “us”) for websites, systems, payment integration, design, care plans or training. Your written quote or agreement with us comes first where it says something different.

Quotes and starting work

• Prices on this website are starting prices. Your quote sets out the scope, price and timeline for your project.
• A deposit secures your start date and counts toward the final price. The balance is paid in stages as the project progresses, as set out in your quote.
• Work not in the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it.

Payments

• You can pay by M-Pesa (Buy Goods Till 6095737, or the pay button in your client portal), bank transfer or card. Always use the invoice number as the reference.
• Invoices are due on the date shown. We send reminders before and after the due date, and we may pause work while an invoice is overdue.
• Refunds follow what is agreed in your quote.

Your responsibilities

• Send the content (text, photos, logos) and feedback we need on time. Delays on content or approvals move the timeline.
• Make sure you have the right to use the content you give us.
• Keep your logins private, including your Google account used for the client portal.

Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, the domain, hosting account, files and content are yours, and you get all the logins. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Tools and code we reuse across projects remain ours, and you get a permanent licence to use them on your project.

Care plans and hosting

Care plans are billed monthly and cover what the plan lists (such as backups, updates, security checks and small changes). You can cancel with one month’s notice. Hosting and domains bought for you are renewed in your name while you keep paying for them.

Payments integrations

M-Pesa and card payments go straight to your own till, paybill or account. We are not responsible for delays or outages at Safaricom, banks or payment providers.

Training

Course access is personal and cannot be shared. Certificates are issued when all lessons are completed and can be checked on our certificate verification page.

Liability

We build and test carefully, but no website or system is completely free of faults. We fix defects in our work that you report within 30 days of launch at no charge. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. We will always try to settle any disagreement by talking first.
