Jobs Connect: find work, find skilled workers and send parcels in Kenya

Jobs Connect is a platform built by Marzley Tech Solutions that connects skilled people to a ready market. Its promise is simple: Find work. Find workers. Get things done.

Visit it at jobs.marzleytechsolutions.co.ke.

If you need something done

1. Describe the job in your own words, for example “bathroom plumbing repair in Thika”, and choose your area.
2. Get matched. Jobs Connect works out the skills the job needs and ranks the verified professionals nearby who have them.
3. Choose your pro using their experience, match score and reviews.
4. Pay safely. Your M-Pesa payment is held in escrow and only released when the job is done.
5. Leave a review to help others choose.

You can also post a job and let professionals come to you, or browse professionals by skill.

If you have a skill

Plumbers, electricians, mechanics, painters, carpenters, cleaners, tailors, technicians and more can become a professional on Jobs Connect:

• Create a profile with your skills, experience and area.
• Get verified so customers trust you.
• Receive jobs that match your skills, near you.
• Get paid through M-Pesa once the customer confirms the job is done.
• Build your reputation with reviews.

If you have a motorbike: deliveries

Jobs Connect has a delivery module. Riders enrol, get approved and offer deliveries, and customers can send a parcel from the same platform. It’s another way to earn steady income.

Why it’s different

• Smart matching instead of scrolling through endless listings.
• Verified professionals and real reviews.
• M-Pesa escrow protects both customer and worker.
• English and Kiswahili.
• Built for phones and mobile data.
